Accommodation - Self-Catering Holiday Home

Downstairs: Entrance area supporting a Victorian spiral staircase, stone floor and two stone archways leading to a fully fitted kitchen, a must for self-catering guests, and cast iron stove within a built in fireplace.

All the furniture throughout this self-catering holiday home has been carefully selected over a period of years to reproduce a Victorian feel with the exception of a 21st century flatscreen T.V. with DVD player.

Upstairs: Two Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 persons. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. Both rooms share a bathroom, which is fully tiled and has an electric shower, sink unit and W.C.

Upstairs has two dorma windows, three velux windows and a further three scenery etched windows bringing an explosion of light and character to the charming and quaint upstairs area. All the ceilings throughout the holiday home are fully wooded.

Acorn Retreat is a totally self contained, self-catering holiday home with all bed linen and towels provided. It has its own electric and oil supply with a fully fitted electric shower upstairs and an oil fired combination boiler providing heat and warm water at the touch of a button.

A strict NO SMOKING POLICY operates withing Acorn Retreat although guests are welcome to smoke in the back yard or garden area where recepticles are provided.

Visitors have full use of the holiday home's large garden area which has also been very carefully landscaped to provide privacy and comfort. A barbeque and sunhouse are also provided for guests' use.
